The Information We Collect

The information that we collect depends on the context of your interactions with the Sites, your account settings, the products and features you use, your location, and the applicable law. Processing Orders

When processing your orders, we share your data with our payment processors. Eternal Fitness accepts payments through PayPal and Stripe. Some of your data, including purchase totals and billing information, will be passed to these processors to facilitate payment. However, we generally do not store or collect your payment card details. This information is provided directly to the payment processors, whose use of your data is governed by their respective privacy policies.

Both PayPal and Stripe comply with PCI-DSS standards, which are managed by the PCI Security Standards Council (a collaborative effort among Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover) to ensure secure handling of payment information.

We may also share your information with third parties involved in shipping orders or verifying identities for fraud prevention. These third parties are required to maintain the confidentiality, security, and integrity of your information.

Marketing

   We may work with Ad Networks to serve targeted advertisements. What types of cookies do we use and how do we use them?

• If you edit or publish an article, an additional cookie will be saved in your browser. This cookie includes no personal data and simply indicates the post ID of the article you just edited. It expires after 1 day.

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”) California residents have certain rights regarding their personally identifiable information. For your own privacy and security, at our discretion, we may require you to prove your identity before providing the requested information. It may take us some time to respond to your request, but we will do so within the requirements of the CCPA.
